Medical
Our physical medical facility consists of 4 comfortable exam rooms; a radiology room with digital x-ray machine and automatic processor; a laboratory with blood analyzer units and diagnostic tools for faster fecal and urine test results; a treatment area and a surgical suite fully equipped with state-of-the-art monitoring devices (EKG, Doppler, pulse oxymeter); and isolation room for contagious patients; and a pharmacy. We specialize in dentistry, dermatology, cardiology, neurology, and orthopedics. We combine traditional and alternative medicine, such as acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and companion laser therapy for bone, muscle and tendon injuries. We employ a conservative approach to vaccines, giving only the ones your pets need based on their environment, age, and exposure to the diseases those vaccines prevent. Our vets are firm believers in pain management. We administer the optimum pre and post surgical analgesia to ensure your pets comfort and to facilitate a smoother and faster recovery.
Grooming
When you bring your pets to groom, they get more than a beauty treatment. It gives
our experienced groomer the opportunity to take a good look at your dog’s skin for a rash, lumps, or external parasites (fleas, ticks). Before cleaning their ears and trimming their nails, Michele will check for all of the above plus waxy build up or ear mites, and spot any ingrown or split nail. By examining the eyes, irritation or excessive tearing due to eyelash or eyelid abnormalities or infection can be detected. Your pet will be brushed to get rid of old hair and mats. This reduces shedding and improves circulation. Your pet will be bathed with one of our shampoos, especially formulated for sensitive, dry, oily or allergic skin, and get a hairstyle according to his breed and your specifications.
Kennels / Boarding
We provide a clean, secure, spacious and comfortable environment. Whether you board your dog or cat for the day, overnight, or an extended holiday, our trained kennel technicians strive to make your pet’s visit a pleasant one. We monitor and record their attitude, food and water intake, regularly take them for potty breaks, and shower them with lots of TLC so they don’t feel lonely. We provide our top quality food or you can bring your own, along with any medication your pet is on, which will be administered by our veterinary technicians.
Retail Store
Our retail store is fully stocked with a variety of wet and dry prescription foods for special diet requirements, organic food made with natural ingredients, diet supplements, Chinese herbs, healthy treats, dental chews, probiotic supplements that promote intestinal health and balance, electrolyte solutions for proper replacement of fluid in dehydrated dogs and cats, shampoos for different skin conditions, parasite control products for pets and home, soft paws (a humane approach to cat scratching), collars, leashes…and more.
