Giving Back to the Community
The common thread that binds the people behind Pets on Broadway is our deep love and concern for animals. It is our calling, our passion, and our drive.
As successful members of our community, we have a responsibility to help those that are less fortunate and contribute to their well being. Pets on Broadway actively works with shelters and rescue organizations, getting dogs and cats ready for adoption by providing the much needed grooming “make overs”, dental care, vaccinations, neuter/spays, and more.
Some of the groups we work with are:
A.R.A.S. (Animal Rescue & Adoption Society, a no kill cat shelter)
Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue
We offer a free first exam for dogs and cats adopted from a shelter.
We also offer internships to students of Veterinary Technology to get hands-on experience, and have a “Vet for a day” program for young children interested in the field.
Giving is the ultimate way of getting back… and it feels great!
